Lead Superintendent
Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily and mixed-use developments. Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Coordinate daily site operations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage project milestones, workforce planning, and construction sequencing. Conduct site inspections and proactively resolve construction challenges. Collaborate with project management teams to monitor budgets, schedules, and project performance. Maintain strong communication with owners, consultants, and key project stakeholders. Ensure successful project delivery from site mobilization through final turnover.

A Successful Lead Superintendent should have: 10+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction. Proven experience leading multiple wood-frame multifamily projects valued at $30M+ as the Lead Superintendent. Strong knowledge of field operations, scheduling, safety, and subcontractor management. OSHA 30 certification required. Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
