GENERAL SUMMARY
A Lead Teacher will assist small diverse groups of 6 or less students with virtual learning in our safe, structured learning environment. Coaches monitor and encourage students as they complete school assignments. Experience working with children and familiarity with typical school assignments is needed. Comfort with technology is expected along with the ability to assist students as they log in and access assignments. Coaches will assist with implementing a daily routine, leading relaxation breaks, and motivating students for high performance. Some clerical and administrative duties involved. Represent Sylvan core values to students and families.
