Lead Teacher

The Bradley School is a licensed private academy educating students who present with special education needs. These students may have learning, emotional and/or behavioral challenges and struggle to succeed in a traditional classroom setting. We are looking for a Lead Teacher who is motivated, compassionate and has a calling and passion for helping children. We are looking for someone with initiative, creativity and a desire to have a positive impact on a child's life.

Primary responsibilities:

• Manage student schedules, school rosters, census, and daily enrollment
• Oversee PowerSchool report cards, transcripts, PA Secure IDs, and Keystone tracking
• Coordinate CDT admission/discharge testing, PSSA/Keystone testing, and test administrator training
• Conduct teacher observations, evaluations, supervision, and new teacher support
• Manage clinical paperwork and oversee credit recovery
• Participate in and support academic initiatives
