About the Role:
Boston's Bridge To Excellence Inc. is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher/Site Coordinator to join our team in Hyde Park, MA! In this dynamic dual role, you'll have the opportunity to inspire young learners while helping to lead and coordinate a thriving educational program. Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
• Supervise and mentor classroom staff, volunteers, and teaching assistants at the site
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing individualized support as needed
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and program documentation
• Coordinate program activities, events, and scheduling in alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a lead teaching or site coordination role
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Ability to supervise, coach, and motivate a team of educators
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for youth development and community-based education
