As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.
Network Delivery Engineering (NDE) focus is translating Google's network innovations into tangible, global-scale reality. We are the bridge between new network product development and its deployment across Google's vast infrastructure. Our team is responsible for the processes, software, data models, and material specifications vital for the launch and ongoing operation of next-generation (next-gen) network products. As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) who orchestrate the delivery of Google's next-generation networking solutions. You will be the driving behind our most critical objective to achieve a significant improvement in our speed to General Availability (GA) and post-GA cycle times. You will build the strategy, develop the people, and clear the path for your team to deliver the networking infrastructure that powers the next big thing for Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
