• Can walk into a problem and figure it out without a manual
• Takes pride in craftsmanship and doing the job right the first time
• Has experience across multiple trades, not just one lane
• Naturally becomes the go-to person when things get complicated
• Enjoys leading and mentoring others

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair complex issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and chassis systems
• Take on the “tough jobs” that require creativity and experience
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians
• Set the standard for quality, efficiency, and problem-solving
• Work closely with service leadership to continuously improve operations

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in any skilled trade (RV, automotive, construction, HVAC, electrical, marine, maintenance, etc.)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
• Leadership or mentorship experience (or readiness to step into it)
• Pride in your work and attention to detail
• Own tools preferred
