Lead Teller

What Youll Do: Conducts all member transactions in an efficient and accurate manner, while complying with established policies and procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations.Reconciles cash and negotiable items to meet established balancing procedures.Manages branch cash, to include placing orders and shipments, servicing and balancing cash dispense machines, and balancing the branch cash daily.Completes internal audit items in a timely manner and ensures that all dual control and security procedures are followed to protect the integrity of the credit union.Provides on-the-job training for newly hired tellers in a professional and accurate manner. Serve as a resource for all teller staff by providing assistance as needed to answer questions and serve in a lead role.Ensures WOW Member Experience standards are achieved by promoting a positive member service culture.Ensures that additional products and services are provided to members to meet or exceed cross-sell goals and increase member product penetration.Maintains member confidence and protects credit union operations by achieving and continuing to develop knowledge of all products and services offered by the credit union.Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.Demonstrates teamwork by exhibiting the following: Contributing to team effort, initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy.
