About the Role:
Cornerstone Preschool and Childcare in Farmington, MN is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and help them develop a love for learning in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day and progress
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool setting
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or Child Development Associate (CDA)
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their development
