About the Role:
Cornerstone Preschool and Childcare in Farmington, MN is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and help them develop a love for learning in a nurturing and supportive environment. 



Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
• Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Observe and assess children's development and progress
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day and progress

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool setting
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or Child Development Associate (CDA)
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their development
