Lead Trainer - Learning & Development

Astrana Health is seeking a Lead Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This position is designed for an experienced learning professional who operates with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The Lead Trainer assesses organizational learning needs and independently designs, develops, and delivers effective, scalable learning solutions - spanning onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and workforce capability - that drive measurable performance. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled facilitator and learning professional who demonstrates strong judgment and adaptability, and collaborates effectively across the organization. They are innovative and solutions-oriented. Success in this role requires initiative, accountability, and the ability to influence learning outcomes in a complex, enterprise setting.
