  • Perform utility analyses and provide recommendations that minimize project risks, costs, and schedule impacts
  • Collaborate with roadway, traffic, drainage, structures, right-of-way, and construction teams to ensure comprehensive project delivery
  • Facilitate meetings with utility companies, agency stakeholders, and project teams
  • Support utility-related QA/QC reviews and ensure compliance with applicable standards and project requirements
  • Assist with construction-phase utility coordination and resolution of unforeseen utility conflicts

Projects You'll Support

  • Highway and roadway improvement projects, including the I-24 Choice Lanes project
  • Multimodal and transit-related initiatives
  • Bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects
  • Other, non-transportation projects

Here's what you'll need

  • Knowledge of utility infrastructure systems including electric, gas, water, sewer, stormwater, telecommunications, and fiber optic facilities
  • Experience identifying utility conflicts and coordinating utility relocations on transportation projects
