Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and passionate Operations Lead to oversee local warehouse, logistics, and IT asset management operations. This role is responsible for leading a high-performing team that delivers end-to-end device lifecycle management, including procurement support, imaging, deployment, asset tracking, inventory control, logistics coordination, and sustainable asset disposal. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure SLA/KPI achievement, manage vendor relationships, and maintain strong customer engagement while continuously improving processes, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
The Operations Lead will be accountable for warehouse and inventory management, asset accuracy, stock movement control, health and safety compliance, reporting and analytics, team leadership, stakeholder communication, and the successful delivery of asset-related services. The role also involves overseeing operational projects, implementing service improvements, coordinating IT equipment repairs and disposal activities, and supporting business growth through effective resource and process management.
Job Responsibilities
Key Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Strong background in IT asset management, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Experience leading teams and managing customer-facing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, inventory accuracy, quality control, and operational reporting.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB is advantageous.
Understanding of financial management, cost control, and project oversight.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification and Experience
• M inimum of 3 years within the warehouse/logistics industry.
• Minimum 2 Years experience managing IT End User Assets - Desktops, Laptops, Tablets/Phones
• Strong understanding on warehouse / logistics management.
• Strong Analytical and Data Analysis Skills using Microsoft excel (pivot tables/vlookups etc..) and other reporting tools
• Ideal candidate will have previous experience using ServiceNow with CMDB module
• Ideal candidate will Bachelor’s degree of equivalent in business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field.
• Ideal candidate will have experience of warehouse/logistics management in IT Sector (Desktops/Laptops/Screens etc..)
