Job Description

Pay: Depends on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Remodeling Lead to oversee residential remodeling projects and help ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have general home remodeling experience and be able to lead a small crew while maintaining quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and assist with residential remodeling projects.
  • Perform general construction, repair, and remodeling work.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and keep projects on schedule.
  • Use hand and power tools safely.
  • Maintain quality workmanship and a clean job site.
  • Communicate with customers and team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • General home remodeling experience required.
  • Previous lead or crew leadership experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic construction and repair work.
  • Ability to use common hand and power tools.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Must have a clean background.
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
