These proposals, requesting contributions, are submitted to individuals, corporations, foundations, and governmental entities. Responsibilities include assignments from, as well as, coordinating the efforts of faculty and staff to produce high-quality grant proposals.45351BRWriting Sample NoneSalary commensurate with education, experience and/or skills.

  • Lead the development and submission of major, principal, and transformational proposals by preparing and organizing application materials, coordinating required documentation, and managing the submission and tracking of grant applications.
  • Conduct prospect research on new opportunities that align with TTUHSC's mission.
  • Work across departments to collect and synthesize data. Ensure all grant reporting of data is accurate.
  • Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and foundations' requirements for grants.
  • Work closely with TTUHSC IA team members to respond to requests for special reports, collaterals, and non-grant materials for use to advance donor strategy.
  • Review and submit proposals requiring charitable non-profit status routed for approval through TTUHSC's Office of Sponsored Programs under the Office of Research and Innovation.

  • Minimum of four (4) years of grant writing experience within a healthcare, academic medical center, higher education, research, or nonprofit environment.
  • Experience managing multiple complex proposals with varying deadlines and requirements.
  • Experience interpreting guidelines, funding opportunity announcements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Master''s degree in a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of grant development and proposal strategy
  • Advanced knowledge of project management, planning, and organizational skills.
