• Following up with interested individuals and facilitating next steps
• Developing your own communication, marketing, and business-building skills

Compensation and independent business structure

• This is an independent, commission-only business opportunity, not a salaried or hourly employment position. There is no base pay, guaranteed income, or employee benefits.
• Earnings are generated through commissions on eligible sales of established personal development and leadership education programs. 
• Depending on the program and applicable commission structure, commissions range from approximately $2,000 to $23,000 per qualifying sale.
• Compensation depends on individual sales activity and results, and income is not guaranteed.

What to expect
You'll work independently with access to established educational products, business systems, and a supportive professional community.
