Georgia-Pacific''s Green Bay Broadway Mill is seeking a Learning & Development Leader to help build workforce capability and support operational excellence across our Paper, Secondary Fiber, and Utilities departments. This role is responsible for developing and executing learning and development strategies that enhance employee performance, support safe operations, and strengthen workforce capabilities. As a key member of the department leadership team, you will lead the mill''s skill development process while driving continuous improvement in onboarding, training, qualification, and certification programs.
Our Team
The continuous operations team consists of more than 250 manufacturing employees who produce tissue, towel, and napkin products. The operation includes three boilers, two turbines, a wastewater treatment plant, three secondary fiber systems, and eight paper machines. This role plays a critical part in developing workforce capability and supporting safe, reliable, and efficient mill operations.
