Role Overview

We are seeking an organised, creative and digitally confident Learning, Content & Experience Coordinator to provide operational and content support across learning, internal communications and employee engagement activities.

This role combines learning coordination, content creation and employee experience support to help ensure programmes, campaigns, events and communications are delivered efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining learning systems, developing high-quality digital content and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the People Experience function.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain learning platforms, content libraries, learning pathways and associated records.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, webinars and employee development activities.
• Manage learning calendars, bookings, attendance tracking and programme documentation.
• Support onboarding, induction and other employee learning initiatives.
• Create engaging presentations, guides, toolkits, infographics and digital learning resources.
• Produce and edit videos, digital assets and microlearning content for different audiences and communication channels.
• Use AI and digital tools to support content creation, improve productivity and increase delivery efficiency.
• Ensure learning and communication materials align with organisational brand and communication standards.
• Maintain intranet content, employee resources and internal communication materials.
• Support newsletters, articles, campaigns and content publishing across relevant channels.
• Coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition and team activities.
• Support employee events, surveys, feedback exercises and listening programmes.
• Maintain programme information, participation data and employee experience resources.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to track learning participation, engagement and programme outcomes.
• Support evaluation and continuous improvement across learning, content and employee experience activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills.
• Excellent written communication and content-development abilities.
• Experience creating presentations, guides, communications or digital content.
• Confidence using AI tools to support content creation and workplace productivity.
• Good visual design skills and an eye for clear, engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate information.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, stakeholders, priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting learning, internal communications, employee engagement or People Experience activities.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or Learning Experience Platforms.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Canva, Clipchamp or similar content-creation tools.
• Experience maintaining intranet pages, digital resources or content management systems.
• Basic reporting, dashboard creation or data-analysis skills.
• Experience supporting online and in-person learning sessions, workshops or employee events.
