About You:

Are you a self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and a "get things done" attitude? Are you effective at managing multiple initiatives at once, very detail-oriented, and organized, like to be busy and productive, learn quickly, and have a track record of being adaptable in a fluid, high-growth environment? If the answer is, "Yes!" then you may be just who we're looking for!

The Learning Technology Specialist owns the tools, systems, and content pipeline that power learning across AMN - with a particular focus on the LMS, learning analytics, and using AI tools to accelerate content and video development. • Evaluate and pilot new learning technologies and AI tools, staying current on what's available and useful for the organization

Program Support

• Support execution of learning programs and initiatives - defining scope, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors as needed (e.g., SCORM content, authoring tools, platform vendors)
• Monitor and track training outcomes and learner progress through LMS data

Necessary Qualifications:

• BA/BS in instructional design, educational technology, adult learning, organizational development, or a related field - or equivalent experience in learning technology
• 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, learning technology, or instructional design
• Required: hands-on experience administering an LMS
• Experience using AI tools for content or video creation strongly preferred
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in the face of problems
