Property Leasing Associate -Part time (20 hrs) - contract to hire.

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Property Leasing Associate to support the day-to-day leasing activities of an apartment community. This person will interact with prospective and current residents, assist with apartment tours and applications, and help provide a positive resident experience.

Location is in Akron, OH

Flexible schedule - pick your days and hours to work

Pay rate starting at $20/hr.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide information about available apartments

• Conduct property and apartment tours

• Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries

• Assist prospective residents with applications and required documentation

• Follow up with prospective residents regarding availability and next steps

• Assist with lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in coordination

• Maintain accurate resident and prospect information

• Provide friendly customer service to current residents

• Assist with general administrative and front-office responsibilities

• Work closely with property management and maintenance teams as needed

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, property management, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with the public

• Organized with good attention to detail

• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
