Leasing Agent
Location: Los Angeles (Mid-Wilshire area)
Schedule: fully onsite | Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Duration: temp-to-hire
Salary: $25-$30/hr (eligible for commissions per unit rented)
Job Description: We are looking for a Leasing Agent who will be responsible for advertising available properties, guiding prospective tenants through tours, verifying qualifications, and processing lease agreements to maximize property occupancy across a portfolio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Implement marketing plans, including advertisement, curb appeal, signage, banners, and models.
* Create and edit real estate marketing materials including offering memorandums, property brochures, email campaigns in Adobe InDesign
* Collaborate with Marketing and Research Department to prepare customized marketing material and market data
* Adobe InDesign experience highly preferred
* Experience with properties of 100-300 units
* Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
