We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping prospective residents find their next home.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment tours and explain community amenities.
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Process rental applications and lease agreements.
• Maintain resident files and leasing records.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain occupancy goals.
• Assist with resident relations and retention efforts.
• Support marketing and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
