Leasing Consultant – Atlanta, GA
Qualifications
Compensation & Benefits
- Greet prospective residents, conduct property and apartment tours, and highlight community features and amenities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries by phone, email, text, and walk-in.
- Guide applicants through the application, screening, and lease-signing process, and prepare accurate lease files and move-in paperwork.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of leasing traffic, guest cards, and lead sources in property management software.
- Support marketing efforts, including updating online listings, posting to social media, and participating in outreach and resident events.
- Assist with lease renewals and resident retention programs, delivering excellent customer service to current residents.
- Conduct move-in inspections and ensure tour paths, model units, and the leasing office reflect our standards of curb appeal.
- Receive and log resident service requests and coordinate with the maintenance team on follow-up.
- Comply with all Fair Housing, landlord/tenant, and company policies and procedures in every interaction.
- Assist the Property Manager with administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple prospects and priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with property management software (e.g., AppFolio) is a plus.
- Ability to work on a schedule that may include Saturdays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn Fair Housing regulations and complete company-provided training.
