In this role, you'll work closely with our Community Manager and play an essential part in creating an outstanding living experience for our residents while helping maintain strong occupancy and ensuring our leasing office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, you will:

• Serve as the welcoming face and friendly voice for residents, prospective residents, applicants, and visitors to our leasing office.

• Greet prospective residents, identify their housing needs, and showcase available apartment homes.

• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities.

• Follow up with prospective residents to generate leasing opportunities and maintain strong occupancy.

• Assist with marketing and leasing efforts in compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

• Assist with rental applications, lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in coordination.

• Build positive relationships with current residents and provide exceptional customer service.

• Respond to resident inquiries and assist with resolving concerns professionally.

• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident documentation.

• Support daily leasing office operations, including answering phones, filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks.

• Assist the Community Manager and onsite team with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment leasing experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy leasing office.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency with standard office equipment and basic computer applications.

• Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

• Previous property management software experience is a plus.
