Position Overview

Lincoln Industrial is seeking an experienced Temporary Leasing Consultant to support a luxury high-rise residential community in the Los Angeles area (90016 ZIP code). This is an immediate, short-term assignment expected to last approximately 1-2 months. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment leasing experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury multifamily environment.

This opportunity is ideal for leasing professionals who excel at building rapport with prospective residents, conducting property tours, and assisting with day-to-day leasing operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Conduct professional property tours and showcase amenities and apartment homes.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate guest cards and leasing activity records.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases.
• Assist with application processing and resident onboarding.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives as directed.
• Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, and community features.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospects and current residents.
• Assist onsite management with administrative and leasing-related duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Luxury multifamily experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with leasing software and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the assignment location.

Schedule

• Full-time temporary assignment
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Assignment duration: 1-2 months
• Immediate start available

Compensation

• $22.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay
