Leasing Consultant - Raleigh (Full-Time)We're looking for a full-time Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Raleigh, NC. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you'll be the main contact for current and prospective residents, from first tour through signed lease and move-in. You'll also help with resident events, provide excellent customer service, and follow all Fair Housing laws.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and residents warmly, and give tours of the property and available units.Learn each prospect's needs and budget, and match them with the right floor plan.Handle leads and sales by phone, online, and in person.Run background and credit checks, prepare lease files, and collect signatures.Coordinate move-ins and help with turn walks before new residents arrive.Walk the property daily to keep it clean and attractive, and manage shared amenities.Stay current on the local rental market.Help with recordkeeping, filing, and other paperwork.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDOutgoing, friendly attitude that makes people feel welcomeStrong sales, communication, and customer service skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and team-orientedKnowledge of Fair Housing laws and safety standards, or willingness to learnScheduleMonday-Friday, 9am-6pm2-3 Saturdays per month, 10am-5pmCompensation and Benefits$16-18/hrQuarterly bonuses of up to $75020% rental discount after 90 days if you live on siteHealth, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k), FSA, and HSAPaid time off and paid holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer (EOE)PId97f10fd30ae-25660-42030240
