• Three weekdays per week: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Leasing Consultant or Leasing Manager to join a dynamic apartment community in Glen Burnie, MD 21060. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leasing professional who enjoys building relationships, creating exceptional resident experiences, and helping prospective residents find their next home.

This role is ideal for candidates with previous apartment industry experience who are passionate about sales, customer service, and maintaining high occupancy levels within a thriving residential community.

Position Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide professional community tours
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
• Present apartment homes and community amenities effectively
• Process rental applications and lease agreements accurately
• Maintain detailed prospect and resident records
• Follow up with leads to maximize leasing opportunities
• Assist with resident retention initiatives and renewal programs
• Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure excellent resident satisfaction
• Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to increase occupancy

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Leasing Manager experience highly preferred, but strong Leasing Consultants are encouraged to apply
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with property management software preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Important Requirements

• Personal vehicle required. This property is not accessible via public transportation.
• Must successfully pass:
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
• Criminal background screening
• Drug screening (marijuana excluded from testing panel)
