Leasing Professional

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate Leasing Professional. We are hiring for both roles and are looking for candidates with strong communication and customer service skills. Experience with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and conduct property tours.

• Handle the leasing process from application through lease signing.

• Answer tenant questions and provide excellent customer service.

• Market available units and stay informed on local rental trends.

• Follow Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.

• Maintain accurate tenant and lease records.

• Work with maintenance teams to address tenant concerns.

• Help resolve tenant issues and disputes.

• Promote additional services and amenities when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Property management or real estate experience preferred.

• Experience with Yardi or OneSite is a plus.

• Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.

• Student housing, LIHTC and Section 8 experience is a plus.

• Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills.

• Sales and negotiation experience preferred.

• Good organizational and administrative skills.

$19-22/hour
