As the Leasing Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring client teams are confident, consistent, and successful in using TouchTour. Your role ultimately influences future revenue and retention. This role blends training, quality assurance, and customer engagement, supporting both new client launches and ongoing account health. The ideal candidate brings energy, leasing experience, and the ability to connect with on-site teams while upholding a polished brand presence. This is a part-time position that requires schedule flexibility.

What you'll do...

• Conduct virtual and occasional in-person TouchTour training sessions for leasing teams, ensuring full understanding and adoption of platform features and value.
• Conduct follow-ups at 30 days, 6 months, and 1 year to assess satisfaction, identify retraining needs, and reinforce best practices.
• Escalate client feedback as needed and submit feature requests from these training sessions that will help identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
• Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, ALN, LinkedIn, and other systems for tracking outreach, tasks, identifying contacts, and updating records.
• Develop proficiency in LogMeIn, TouchTour CMS and Atlas platforms to assist with basic support, content updates, requests and troubleshooting.
• Review TouchTour prior to training in preparation for the session and ensure product improvements are identified and executed prior or just following the training.
• Integrate AI-powered video synthesis tools to create personalized, bite-sized ''how-to'' videos for specific client accounts.
• Identify upsell opportunities or future projects to introduce a salesperson.

Requirements

What you offer us...

• Multifamily industry experience is ideal, such as a former leasing professional or leasing manager with hands-on, on-site experience.
• Strong familiarity with leasing terminology, workflows, and customer interactions.
• Must be camera ready, as training will be conducted virtually using web-cam interaction as well as screenshare.
• Personable, high energy, and an articulate communicator.
• An eye for detail.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted content creation tools (e.g., Loom, Gemini) to rapidly iterate on training collateral.
• Training content development: Ability to design, develop, and maintain engaging training content, including lesson plans, webinar scripts, and self-service tutorials.
• Technical troubleshooting: Develop proficiency in the product's Content Management System (CMS) and common remote access tools (like LogMeIn) to provide Tier 1 support.
• Quality Assurance (QA) process: Skill in developing and executing structured QA audits of client accounts to ensure configuration accuracy and optimal user experience.
• Consultative communication: Possess exceptional presentation and active listening skills, with the ability to diagnose client needs and tailor training delivery.
• A forward-thinking mindset regarding AI tools and how they can be used to scale training efforts without losing a personal touch.
• Organization: Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at prioritizing.

• Salary Disclosure for Colorado: hourly rate of $28.00 - $34.00. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements

This role is available as a hybrid position based out of our Greenwood Village, Colorado office (minimum 1 day per week in-office) or as a full-time remote position for candidates residing in Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
