Our client, a local property management company is seeking an experienced and energetic Leasing Specialist to support their beautiful, high-end apartment community. This is a full-time, temporary to hire opportunity with strong earning potential and a rewarding work environment. 

The successful candidate will be able to work a schedule of Wed - Sun with Mon and Tues off.

  • Build rapport and guide prospects through the leasing process
  • Achieve occupancy goals during lease-up phase
  • Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

  • Ability to pass a background screening
