Our client, a respected law firm in Baltimore, is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support a busy Commercial Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys on complex litigation matters.The ideal candidate has a strong litigation background, extensive experience with court filings, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to attorneys within the Commercial Litigation practice.Draft, edit, format, and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.Manage and maintain case files, ensuring documents are organized, accurate, and easily accessible.Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors.Prepare and electronically file legal documents in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia state and federal courts.Schedule and coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings, and other case-related events.Assist attorneys with hearing and trial preparation.Maintain attorney calendars and monitor litigation deadlines.Support billing, time entry, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.Maintain confidentiality while providing exceptional client service.Qualifications5+ years of legal administrative or legal secretary experience supporting a Commercial Litigation practice.Strong commercial litigation background is required.Experience with e-filing in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia state and federal courts is required.Thorough knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal terminology.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word.Experience with document management systems such as iManage is a plus.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.Why Apply?Flexible schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote each week.Opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on sophisticated commercial litigation matters.Collaborative, professional work environment with long-term career growth opportunities.Competitive compensation based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and parental leave benefits.If you're an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant with a strong commercial litigation background and are looking for your next long-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
