What You Will Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the litigation team, including document preparation and management.
  • Draft and edit legal documents using Microsoft Word, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and paper, for efficient retrieval and reference.
  • Assist in the preparation of trial materials and exhibits, coordinating with attorneys and clients as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track case progress and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings and client briefings.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the department.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3–5 years of experience in a legal administrative role, preferably within a litigation environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in document management systems and legal research tools is a plus.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with litigation procedures and legal terminology.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced law firm or legal department.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Compensation and Benefits
