With a culture of recognition and reputation for excellence, ELS is the ideal organization in which to develop a long and successful career!ELS is hiring for the position of Legal Administrative Assistant in Tampa, Florida.**What you'll do:**The Legal Administrative Assistant supports the legal team with respect to the day-to-day clerical, administrative and operational functions of the office.**Your job will include:*** Perform standard administrative duties in support of team members (e.g., answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.)* Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including subpoenas, complaints and appeals.* Organize case files and complete legal forms.* Generate and organize reference tools for use by team members.* Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.* Prepare and format necessary reports and presentations.* Maintain accurate and current hard copy and electronic files.* Perform legal research and analysis as required.**Experience & skills you'll need:*** Associates degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.* Paralegal certification or related coursework preferred.* 1+ year of experience in a legal environment.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Lexis-Nexis and other relevant legal and research software programs.* Familiarity with key legal principles and terminology.* Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.* Strong research and administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.* Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize appropriately.* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.In return for your excellent skills and abilities, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, and vision plans, a generous 401(k) employer match, and paid vacations, holidays, and sick time.We invite you to visit our web site at for additional information regarding our exceptional resort communities.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we welcome and thank all applicants.#J-18808-Ljbffr
