What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and serve as a friendly first point of contact for clients.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in the legal field who enjoys organization, client interaction, and working in a calm, team-focused office.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients, answer phones, and assist with general front-desk coverage
• Help prepare and organize legal documents and case files
• Support traffic case filing
• Perform data entry and basic case management tasks
• Assist with filing, scanning, mail, and document organization
• Schedule appointments and support day-to-day office needs
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and paralegal

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with clients in person and over the phone
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, email, scanning, data entry)
• Prior office or administrative experience is preferred
