Location: OnsiteEmployment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: 55k to 70k + Comprehensive BenefitsAbout the Opportunity CB Partners is partnering with a well-established mid-size law firm seeking an experienced Transactional Real Estate Legal Assistant to support a busy real estate and business transactions practice.This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on sophisticated commercial and residential real estate matters, financing transactions, entity formations, and complex business transactions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment where accuracy and client service are paramount.Key Responsibilities Prepare, revise, proofread, and format a variety of legal documents, including:Purchase and Sale AgreementsCommercial and Residential LeasesLoan and Financing DocumentsClosing DocumentsCorporate and LLC Formation DocumentsDeeds, Easements, and Related Real Estate InstrumentsCoordinate real estate transactions from contract execution through closing.Maintain transaction checklists and monitor critical deadlines.Assist with due diligence review and organization of transaction materials.Prepare closing binders and post-closing documentation.Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel throughout transactions.Administrative Support Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and scheduling.Draft and maintain professional correspondence with clients and third parties.Open new matters and maintain electronic and physical files.Track deadlines and assist with matter management.Prepare engagement letters, conflict checks, and expense reports.Document Management Organize and maintain transaction files and document databases.Perform document comparisons, redlining, and version control.Coordinate electronic signatures and document execution.Review documents for accuracy, formatting consistency, and completeness prior to distribution.Qualifications 3+ years of legal assistant experience within a law firm environment.Prior experience supporting transactional real estate attorneys is required.Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and closing procedures.Experience preparing and managing complex legal documentation.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.Experience with document management systems such as NetDocuments, iManage, or similar platforms preferred.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Preferred Experience Commercial real estate, land use, financing, or corporate transactional practice support.Familiarity with title commitments, surveys, closing statements, and due diligence review.Experience coordinating multi-party transactions and closings.Knowledge of business entity formation and corporate governance documents.What You'll Bring A proactive and professional approach to client service.Strong organizational and project management skills.The ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands.Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism.A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional support.If you are an experienced legal assistant looking to join a collaborative and respected law firm with a strong transactional practice, we encourage you to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
