The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client communications, preparing legal documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of case workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about immigration law and eager to grow in a fast-paced legal environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentationMaintain and organize client files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityCommunicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updatesMonitor case deadlines and manage case calendarsConduct basic legal research and compile case-related informationCoordinate with government agencies, including USCIS, EOIR, and DOSTranslate documents or interpret client communications (if fluent in a second language)Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and correspondenceQualificationsFluent in English and Creole (required)Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science or related fieldPrior experience in immigration law or legal support (preferred but not required)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management softwareAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentForeign language proficiency: Creole (Spanish French, or Arabic is a plus)What we offerSupportive and inclusive team cultureOpportunities for professional development and growthMeaningful work that impacts lives and communities#J-18808-Ljbffr
