We view legal assistants as critical members of our team who support our attorneys and our client relationships. Candidate must live in Florida.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and updating case management softwareCalendar and diary entries of litigation deadlinesScheduling depositions, hearings, mediations, conferences and other mattersDrafting correspondence and limited discovery documentsOverseeing non-party production and maintaining logsE-filing and e-serviceClient and adjuster communicationsOther administrative supportQualificationsPrior experience as a litigation legal assistantDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in MS Office and Adobe applicationsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbout The FirmThe Iacono Law Firm specializes in insurance defense litigation involving various areas of the law.
