 SALARY: $30-$32/hr. DOE

LOCATION: Portland, OR

SCHEDULE: Part-time flexible schedule | In-office

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support attorneys with day-to-day family law case management and workflow.

• Prepare discovery, motions, filings, and supporting documents.

• Draft judgments and other legal documents for attorney review.

• Help keep cases moving by monitoring assignments and proactively communicating with attorneys. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years previous Domestic Relations Paralegal | Legal Assistant experience is required.

• Experience with discovery and family law litigation workflow.

• Strong knowledge of court filings, motions, court rules, and legal drafting.

• Comfortable working in a Mac-based environment and able to work effectively with attorneys and staff. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires sitting for extended periods of time, walking around and using office equipment, and occasionally lifting 15-20 lbs.
