Litigation Paralegal (Construction & Business Litigation)

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 annually

Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing litigation practice. This role supports a collaborative team of attorneys handling a mix of construction defect, business litigation, and municipal law matters. The litigation group is expanding and anticipates continued growth over the coming year.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a team-oriented environment and enjoys being actively involved in all phases of litigation and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all stages of litigation

• Coordinate and assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and courtroom logistics

• Manage court filings, docketing, and case deadlines

• Organize and maintain case files and litigation documents

• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure cases progress efficiently

• Assist with discovery, document management, and trial-related tasks

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required

• Strong experience supporting litigation matters from inception through trial

• Prior construction litigation or construction defect experience highly preferred

• Demonstrated trial preparation experience is required

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
