Litigation Paralegal (Construction & Business Litigation)
Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 annually
Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing litigation practice. This role supports a collaborative team of attorneys handling a mix of construction defect, business litigation, and municipal law matters. The litigation group is expanding and anticipates continued growth over the coming year.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a team-oriented environment and enjoys being actively involved in all phases of litigation and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
Support attorneys through all stages of litigation
Coordinate and assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and courtroom logistics
Manage court filings, docketing, and case deadlines
Organize and maintain case files and litigation documents
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure cases progress efficiently
Assist with discovery, document management, and trial-related tasks
Qualifications
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required
Strong experience supporting litigation matters from inception through trial
Prior construction litigation or construction defect experience highly preferred
Demonstrated trial preparation experience is required
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
