The role will be based in our new Tulsa , Oklahoma, office.This position comes with a competitive hourly salary and benefits, growth opportunities, supportive leadership, and a mission‑driven culture centered on making a difference.Key Responsibilities Maintain contact with Clients throughout the duration of their case to provide status updates, answer questions, and obtain important informationWork with medical providers to coordinate medical treatment for Clients, confirm account balances, and provide case status updatesCommunicate professionally and effectively with insurance adjusters to discuss case facts and determine relevant coverage informationReview incoming correspondence, save applicable information, execute data entry, and maintain up‑to‑date case files in our Case Management Software (Litify)Work closely with Attorneys to discuss incoming correspondence, medical treatment, insurance information, and case statusTrack medical bills and final balances, request settlement checks, and prepare and submit finalized disbursement packets to accounting for review upon settlementDraft, organize, and manage legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responsesCoordinate with opposing counsel, medical providers, insurance companies, and witnessesMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date case files in legal case management softwareSchedule hearings, depositions, and meetings, ensuring attorney calendars are alignedPrepare trial exhibits and pretrial documentationFile dismissals and assist in closing out litigation casesOther tasks as assignedRequired Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and inbound/outbound phone callingStrong written/verbal communication and problem‑solving skillsHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with accuracyAbility to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast‑paced legal environmentPreferred Qualifications 2 years of litigation experience (personal injury a plus)Paralegal CertificationCustomer service experience, especially in client‑facing rolesExperience with legal case management software (e.g., Litify)#J-18808-Ljbffr
