Legal Business Development Manager
Our client, a leading global law firm in Boston, is seeking a Business Development Manager to partner with attorneys and practice leaders on strategic business development and marketing initiatives.
This position will pay between $130-190K based on experience and fitKey Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies for assigned practices.
- Identify new business, growth, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead and support RFPs, pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Develop marketing materials, practice content, and business plans.
- Conduct market and competitive research.
- Support attorney rankings, events, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives.
- Partner with attorneys, PR, marketing, and firm leadership on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of business development/marketing experience in a LAW FIRM — law firm experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with attorneys and senior leadership.
- Strong communication, project management, organizational, and client-service skills.
- Strategic, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
