This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is looking to contribute to a team handling sophisticated financial transactions and regulatory matters.This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office, supporting attorneys who advise clients on private credit investments, fund formation, and related legal issues.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and legal support to attorneys in the Private Credit departmentDraft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and transaction-related materialsManage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logisticsAssist with document organization, filing systems, and transaction trackingSupport regulatory filings and compliance documentationCommunicate with clients, internal teams, and external parties to facilitate workflowMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionRequired QualificationsPrior experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm settingFamiliarity with financial services, private credit, or transactional law preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong technical skills and comfort with legal and document management platformsExceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilitiesAbility to work independently and under pressure while staying motivatedExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPay Details: $40.00 to $44.00 per hourSearch managed by: R.
