This full-time hybrid opportunity is designed for an experienced legal professional who is passionate about advancing the practical adoption of artificial intelligence within a modern law firm environment.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys, practice leaders, innovation teams, and business professionals by transforming emerging AI technologies into practical legal workflows that improve efficiency, client service, and knowledge sharing. This role combines legal expertise, technology adoption, strategic planning, training, governance, and organizational change management to help drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide initiatives that promote the practical adoption of approved generative AI technologies.
• Collaborate with attorneys, practice leaders, innovation teams, and business professionals to identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Design implementation strategies that improve operational efficiency and legal service delivery.
• Develop and facilitate engaging in-person and virtual AI education programs for legal professionals.
• Create practical learning resources including workflow guides, playbooks, reference materials, knowledge articles, and best-practice documentation.
• Promote responsible AI usage while reinforcing confidentiality, ethical obligations, professional responsibility, and client expectations.
• Assist with governance initiatives supporting firmwide AI policies, standards, and compliance.
• Evaluate emerging legal technology platforms and vendor solutions.
• Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and business impact to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Partner with technology, knowledge management, professional development, research, marketing, and business development teams to maximize organizational adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing legal generative AI platforms within legal workflows.
• Professional experience in one or more of the following:
  • Legal Innovation
  • Legal Technology
  • Knowledge Management
  • Practice Management
  • Legal Operations
  • Professional Development
• Strong understanding of law firm operations, legal service delivery, staffing models, billing practices, and matter management.
• Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to influence organizational change without direct management authority.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Must currently reside within the United States.
• U.S. citizens only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience practicing law within a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience developing educational programs for attorneys and legal professionals.
• Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies.
• Ability to explain advanced AI concepts using practical, business-focused language.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience evaluating legal technology vendors and AI platforms.
• Stable employment history demonstrating increasing leadership and innovation responsibilities.

HireNow Package

• Compensation:$165,000–$200,000 annually.
• Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid vacation; paid holidays; professional development opportunities; hybrid work flexibility; and additional employer-sponsored benefits.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Schedule: Standard business hours with occasional travel for meetings, training, and firm initiatives.
• Work Location:Hybrid – Chicago, Illinois. Applicants must reside within the United States and be able to support the firm's hybrid work model.
