Title: Legal Recruiting Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation:
Pay Range:$130,000-$150,000 Per Year
Job Summary:
Our client in the southeastern region is seeking a strategic leader to manage lateral attorney recruiting efforts.
This full-time role involves overseeing recruitment processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing analytics in a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives aligned with talent objectives.
Collaborate with practice leaders to develop recruiting strategies for talent needs.
Lead a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through start date.
Produce recruiting reports and manage the recruiting budget.
Supervise and mentor the Recruiting Coordinator.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of four years of legal recruiting or professional services recruiting experience.
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
