A respected Pittsburgh law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with a strong background supporting Transactional and Commercial Real Estate attorneys.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional to join a collaborative team and make an immediate impact.

Position Highlights:
3–5 years of Legal Secretary experience
MUST HAVE- Commercial Real Estate & Transactional law experience required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Experience with document assembly software preferred
Ability to manage documents, deadlines, and attorney support needs in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with attorneys on complex transactions and real estate matters.
