What Youll Do:- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and discovery
- Assist with trial prep: binders, exhibits, and mediation materials
- Manage e-filings, calendars, and case deadlines
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and vendors
- Support billing, expense reports, and onboarding new staff
Qualifications:- 3+ years legal secretary or litigation assistant experience (civil defense preferred)
- Strong knowledge of state/federal litigation procedures and e-filing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives under deadlines
