Job Brief:
Position will serve as the technical configuration expert for Ironclad, designing the workflow lifecycle and ensuring seamless contract generation and tracking. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation and management of Legal AI tools (e.g., Harvey, Luminance), enterprise AI tools within Google, Atlassian suite along with embedded AI solutions in Legal tools. Will also be facilitating deep-dive sessions with our legal team to translate complex contracting and AI use cases into documented technical specifications and functional workflow logic.
Must Haves- 8+ years legal technology w/substantial time as a Business Analyst & strong CLM implementation exp
- Must have advanced knowledge of Ironclad w/exp using one or more: Harvey, Claude, Gemini, Airtable
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, Salesforce, and quote-to-cash data integration.
Responsibilities:
" Act as the Business Analyst within an Agile framework, working within bi-weekly sprints specifically focused on Ironclad enhancements and AI model tuning
" Design and build complex conditional approval chains and Slack-integrated automations to accelerate transaction velocity
" Empower our legal team by explaining complex AI outputs and technical workflows in a clear, actionable manner to drive high tool adoption
" Gather requirements and turn them into technical specs, set up CLM and quote-tocash workflows, and define success metrics for each project.
- Scope and build legal AI workflow agents and low-code tools like Airtable or AppSheet, then train the legal team to use them.
- Triage enhancement tickets and support bi-weekly Agile sprints with the CLM, Legal Ops, and IT teams.
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in Legal Technologies, including substantial experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of facilitating complex requirements-gathering sessions and translating them into documented technical specifications. You have a keen eye for metrics, especially in commercial contracting: you define success measures with stakeholders at the start of a project and put clear ways in place to measure impact after delivery
- Strong CLM implementation experience in a cross-functional setting, with a strong emphasis on Ironclad. As the Business Analyst, you have gathered requirements, documented specifications, and partnered with technical teams to deliver
- Full understanding of the end-to-end contract lifecycle and the quote-to-cash motion. You understand the mechanics of mapping deal data from "Lead to Signature" and have experience configuring or overseeing workflow logic and conditional approvals
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its integration points with Legal technology. You are comfortable identifying data dependencies to ensure data flows seamlessly through the sales motion into the contract repository
- Hands-on experience working with Legal AI tools, with a track record of applying AI to real legal workflows and evaluating output quality. You act as both Business Analyst and builder: you can identify and scope workflows suited to AI, independently build and deploy workflow agents, and train internal legal team members to use the agents you build
- Hands-on build experience with low-code workflow and case management platforms such as Google AppSheet, Airtable, or similar. You act as both Business Analyst and builder: you gather requirements from stakeholders, translate them into workflow and case management designs, and independently build and maintain those solutions end to end
- Technically adept at managing the "Run the Business" lifecycle, including triaging enhancement tickets
- Self-starter who is energized by ambiguity and works as part of a team. You take ownership and keep work moving while collaborating closely with CLM, Legal Operations, and IT colleagues in an Agile environment, providing critical BA support for bi-weekly sprints
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a dynamic, global workplace to influence stakeholders and explain complex technical workflows to attorneys in a clear, actionable manner

- Experience deploying AI for high-volume contract reviews and leveraging contract intelligence to automate the extraction of key terms and obligations
- Familiarity with a diverse legal tech stack beyond CLM, including SimpleLegal, e2Open, Logikcull, and other specialized tools for various Legal practice areas
- Experience managing Slack workflow automations and overseeing Case Management systems like Jira Service Management
