Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
Develop effective legal strategies and arguments for lemon law cases
Handle multiple cases and manage workload to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of Lemon Law experience.
Active member in good standing with the California bar.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
