Requirements
-3-15 years relevant litigation experience (candidates with 8-15 years of experience can be considered for a non-equity partner in name or of counsel role)
-Defense experience involving either trucking, cranes, construction defect, products liability, medical malpractice and premises liability.
-Experience in defending and taking depositions of liability and damages experts, parties and fact witnesses
-Experience attending court hearings, mediations and trial preparation.
-Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and compliance with guideline reporting and contemporaneous billing.
