About the Role:SVN | CREATE is looking for a driven and motivated Licensed Advisor Associate
(temp to hire) to join our growing team in West Des Moines, IA. Responsibilities:- Support senior advisors in prospecting, client outreach, and deal pipeline management
- Conduct market research and property analysis to support commercial real estate transactions
- Assist in preparing property marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
- Assist in and/or conduct property tours and prospecting with the brokerage team
- Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Participate in property tours, site visits, and client meetings
- Handle prospect communication, phone outreach, and responsive follow-up on incoming lead opportunities
- Leverage the SVN platform and national network to identify leads and opportunities
- Track and manage deal activity using CRM tools and internal systems
Requirements:- Iowa Real Estate License preferred (or active pursuit of licensure)
- Strong interest in commercial real estate, sales, or investment advisory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred
