Licensed Architect (RA)

An established architecture firm in the Raleigh area is hiring a licensed architect to lead projects from concept through construction administration.

What you'll do

- Lead design and documentation from schematic design through construction documents

- Coordinate with consultants, including structural, MEP, civil, and landscape

- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication

- Handle code review, permitting, and construction administration

- Mentor designers and junior architects

What you bring

- Professional architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)

- Architect license in North Carolina, or eligibility by reciprocity (NCARB a plus)

- 7+ years of architecture experience, including project leadership

- Strong Revit skills and working knowledge of building codes
